  • Kim B. Holmes is a seasoned leader in building inclusive organizations, with deep expertise in guiding global teams across technology and human resources. Her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has led to meaningful results, including the successful creation of employee resource groups and increased representation of women of color in tech. Kim’s commitment to inclusive leadership extends beyond the workplace — she serves on the boards of the Northern Illinois Food Bank and Disability Lead and chairs the advisory board for the Chicago Union professional ultimate frisbee team. Holding degrees in Humanities and Nonprofit Administration, Kim brings her Chicago-based perspective to drive more equitable and empowering organizational cultures.

Tameka Green

  • Tameka Green is an award-winning Diversity & Inclusion expert with over 15 years of experience driving meaningful change across a wide range of industries. Passionate about creating inclusive and equitable workspaces, Tameka is dedicated to helping organizations build cultures where everyone feels valued. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tameka serves on the board of directors for Grand Street Settlement and is a National Ambassador for the Boys and Girls Club of America. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
